Shipping Medicines – Terms & Conditions

1. Customs Clearance at Destination
   The consignee shall be solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing the importation of medicines into the destination country, including but not limited to obtaining any required permits, licenses, or authorizations from the competent authorities (e.g., Customs, Health Ministry, FDA, etc., as applicable). The shipping company has no role, responsibility, or liability in relation to customs clearance or regulatory approvals at destination.

2. Payment of Destination Charges
   All charges incurred at the destination, including but not limited to customs duties, clearance fees, inspection charges, taxes, or any other levies imposed by government authorities or third-party service providers, shall be payable exclusively by the consignee. The shipping company shall not be responsible for settlement of such charges under any circumstances.

3. Return to Origin (RTO) Liability
   In the event that the shipment is refused, rejected, confiscated, delayed, or otherwise returned from the destination due to reasons such as (but not limited to) non-compliance with regulations, failure to provide necessary documentation, non-payment of duties/fees, or any other circumstance beyond the control of the shipping company, all Return to Origin (“RTO”) charges shall be billed to and remain the responsibility of the shipper. Such charges may include freight, handling, storage, penalties, and any administrative fees incurred.

4. Limitation of Liability
   The shipping company expressly disclaims any liability for delays, confiscation, penalties, or losses arising from regulatory restrictions, customs inspections, or the consignee’s failure to comply with applicable import requirements relating to medicines. All shipments of medicines are accepted and carried strictly at the shipper’s and consignee’s own risk with respect to destination clearance.
